THE DISCIPLING CHURCH
Your Partner for Leadership Transitions, Revitalization, Mergers, and Disciple Making Pathways
How I Serve Churches
Lately, I’ve been in more conversations with churches wrestling with discipleship.
In many of those conversations, there’s a desire for clarity, for a better approach, or for something that worked somewhere else that might work here. But leadership doesn’t grow through clips, conference notes, or quick ideas. It’s easy to borrow the approach of a leader who built something large. It’s much harder to do the slower work of understanding your people, your culture, and where God has placed you to lead.
Real change doesn’t come from importing answers. It comes from seeing your church for what it is and building over time with the leaders God has already given you.
At times, an outside perspective can help, not to bring answers, but to help you ask better questions, see what’s really happening, and move forward with clarity. The goal isn’t a quick fix, but something that actually fits your church and lasts.
You can’t shortcut that. Not with a book, a program, or a new idea.
But if you’re willing to slow down and build over time, there is a way forward.
Discipleship isn’t something you copy.
It’s something you cultivate.
If you’re working through discipleship, I’d be glad to come alongside you. Your church has a unique calling, but every congregation faces seasons where clarity, health, and momentum are challenged. That is where I can help.
Why Partner With Me
I bring a rare combination of doctoral-level formation in both seminary and a secular leadership program, integrating theological depth with proven organizational practice. I earned a Doctor of Ministry in 2020 and a Doctorate in Leadership and Innovation at New York University. This advanced training has sharpened my ability to lead organizational change, design strategies, and manage complex transitions while keeping disciple-making central. It has strengthened my skills in applied research, ethical data use, and executive communication, tools that help churches like yours move forward with confidence.
Through the Discipling Church, I provide resources, training, and networking opportunities that empower churches to multiply disciples. I believe every church has something to offer, and by working together, we can see a movement of disciple making churches.
