Binu Thomas is a dedicated discipler and visionary leader with a mission to help churches realize their full potential. Currently serving as the Executive Pastor at Grace Community Church, Binu brings a wealth of experience in church revitalization, church mergers, church planting, and program development to his role.

Binu's educational background is extensive and diverse. He has studied at:
Stony Brook University, Liberty School of Divinity and Fuller Theological Seminary
Palmer Theological Seminary (Doctor of Ministry in Contextual Theology, 2020)
He is currently pursuing a Doctorate in Education in Leadership and Innovation from New York University.
Professional Journey
Before following his calling into full-time ministry in 2008, Binu spent eight years in the corporate world. His transition into ministry began with Long Island Youth for Christ, where he served for several years before moving into serving the local church. His unique ability to identify and harness the potential within churches has enabled him to develop innovative solutions with the support of a talented team of pastors, administrators, and creatives.
